Since the year 2002 we have built a strategic partnership with Intermec Technologies Cooperation. We offer Intermec products and solutions such as data collectors, mobile computers, barcode scanners, barcode printers, RFID, etc. This gives us the opportunity to offer our customers a complete solution from one source, which saves effort and time while handling any IT project.

Recently we were recognized as Platinum Partner by Intermec. Platinum partner is the highest level of partnership with Intermec, which allows us to provide a total solution based on Intermec Technologies in addition to providing the highest level of service, repair and support through an authorized service center.


Intermec's comprehensive suite of industry-leading, post-implementation repair services bridges productivity gaps to ensure business continuity, worker productivity and protection of technology investments. With both depot repair and onsite service options, Intermec Repair Services Centers helps maximize technology investments and minimize costs throughout their deployment.

As an Accredited Service Center for Intermec, ITAC performs hardware maintenance service on behalf of Intermec for Intermec's hardware in Jordan .The service center is managed and operated by qualified service engineers that are certified by Intermec. Those engineers receive periodic trainings by Intermec for the latest hardware and maintenance procedures.

All Service operations are reported periodically to Intermec's Service head management for efficient follow-up and problems solving. Intermec provides a comprehensive maintenance database that is accessible by Partner's all around the world to share their maintenance experience and knowledge.
