Medallion Complete provides comprehensive coverage of product defects, wear and tear, failures, and any damage sustained while being used as intended in the work environment. With a 3-year or 5-year Medallion Complete service plan, no additional costs beyond the plan enrollment are incurred for service on covered devices, and eligible accessories that are included with equipment sent to the depot for service (including damaged styluses, battery-door covers, screen protectors, hand straps, or clips).

Medallion Complete depot support is available on the Intermec 70 Series, CN3, CN4, CN50, CK3, CK61B, CV30A, CV60C, SR30, SR51C, SR60, SR61B/T, and all Intermec fixed and mobile printers.

    Both the Silver service (2 business days) and the Bronze service (5 business days) options are in-depot services that ensure your critical data-collection devices are serviced and tested quickly and effectively. No other company offers a faster depot turnaround than Intermec's Silver service option (2 business days).

    Medallion Silver Replacement: Your Equipment "On Demand"

    Upgrading to Silver Replacement service provides overnight replacement of a defective device. Once the device is received at the depot, it will be serviced and returned to the customer-owned and Intermec-managed inventory within 5 business days.
